Delete from the PayFlow app
- Open the PayFlow app.
- Go to More.
- Open My Account.
- Tap Delete Account in the Danger Zone.
- Enter your current password and confirm.
PayFlow Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your PayFlow account and the personal data associated with it, whether or not you still have the app installed.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your PayFlow login access.
- Device push-notification registrations.
- Your owner/staff Telegram binding, if connected.
Retained
- Contracts, payments, and receipts you were involved in - these belong to the business you worked for, not to your personal account, and are not deleted.
- Audit log entries recording that a deletion request was made and processed.
Retained records are kept for as long as required for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention obligations, and are never deleted on request - this matches the same policy used inside PayFlow. Deleting your account only removes your own access; it does not delete your employer's business data.
